How It Works
Patients without dental insurance are eligible to enroll.
Upon enrollment, the first three (3) months of membership fees will be charged upfront.
• Child Plan to start: $72
• Adult Plan to start: $90
• Perio Plan to start: $126
After the initial payment, the plan will automatically continue on a monthly recurring auto-renewal basis at the standard monthly rate.
Membership fees will be automatically charged to the card on file each month.
